Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

To request a return, email us at support@preciouscreatures.co with your order number and details about your request.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

For safety and quality reasons, we do not resell products once they have been shipped to a customer.

As a result, our products are generally not eligible for return. In certain cases, we may request that an item be sent back for inspection before issuing a resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
